For May’s webinar, the BPM Project team had the opportunity to share the research and activities from its Strengthening Business initiative, in which BC non-profit leaders delivering employment services collaborated to develop an innovative BPM model, Biz Hub.
Tim Beachy joined Susanna and Greg at the Centre to provide a brief overview and history of BPM as well as some of the key project activities which included three all-day workshops with 10 to 12 non-profit leaders.
In addition to viewing the full webinar recording below, you are welcome to download the presentation slides here. Keep an eye on this page and the Centre’s website for a downloadable copy of the BPM literature review and Strengthening Business final report.
This presentation was quite a bit different from previous webinars; thank you to all those who attended and have shown an interest in learning how BPM strategies can lead to improved organizational capacity.
