For all job seekers: WorkBC is a free website created and maintained by the Province of British Columbia that provides a range of resources and tools for employers. It includes a job site that allows employers to post jobs and connect with job seekers, resources on hiring and retaining employers, HR issues, and growing your business. You can also contact a WorkBC Employment Services Centre near you to get assistance with your recruiting needs.

Any jobs that are posted on WorkBC are also posted on Job Bank, the Government of Canada’s jobs website. Job Bank is a free job matching tool that allows employers to post jobs and search for candidates in BC and the rest of Canada. The website also provides HR management resources for employers.
