For its March webinar, the Centre welcomed Naomi Bullock from Open Door Group to provide an overview and training of their DRENA tool.
The topic garnered a huge amount of interest and even set an attendance record for webinars hosted by the Centre. Thank you to Naomi and her colleague Cathy for presenting and responding to audience questions, and to Michelle for sharing her experience. And of course thank you to everyone who participated!

Finally, please make note of the following clarification:
During the presentation, a question was raised as to whether a DRENA needed to be provided prior to referring a Client to a Discovery Assessment in the Employment Program of British Columbia (EPBC.) The response provided during the presentation was incorrect. In accordance with EPBC policy, a DRENA must be provided as a pre-requisite step to Discovery if the Client identifies as having a Disability.
The webinars are really informative. I am also a Registered Rehabilitation Professional and value the education credit units for my designation. Therefore, confirmation of attendance is much appreciated. Thank you.
Thank you for your participation and feedback, Andrea!
