In an effort to enhance sector capacity to provide employment services to individuals with complex, multiple disabilities, the Ministry of Social Development and Social Innovation (MSDSI), in collaboration with Community Living BC (CLBC), is pleased to present three stories that celebrate employment success.
The three stories showcase self-employment, part-time employment and full-time sustainable employment across the province utilizing a collaborative service delivery model that recognizes individual strengths and contributions to employment.
MSDSI hopes they stimulate further discussion and insight in helping individuals with disabilities to reach their full employment potential.
