Disability Related Employment Needs Assessments (DRENA) are key in being able to efficiently and effectively support a client who identifies or presents as having a disability and may require disability related service and/or supports in order to achieve labour market attachment. With over 39 years of direct experience providing employment related disability services, ODG has created DRENA tools that take qualified staff through the process of identifying individualized service and support needs of this specific population.
In this webinar Christine will present career practitioners with an overview of this this tool as well as training on how to use it. Those who participate in the webinar will be provided rights to the tool for use within their organization.
