The Centre is pleased to host a mini-symposium during Disability Employment Month in September and in partnership with Back In Motion, HeadWise Rehabilitation, VIVRS, and ODG for on “Specialized Assessments: How to use them in Employment Services”.

In this mini-symposium, learn more about Specialized Assessments from a Psychologist, a Neuro-Psychologist, and an Occupational Therapist. The presentation will review the following assessments and how best to utilize them in employment services:

  • Neurological Psychological Vocational Assessments
  • Psychological Vocational Assessments
  • Functional Capacity Assessments
  • Learning Disability Assessments

BIM, VIVRS, and ODG will also provide three different case studies on how Case Managers utilized a specialized assessment to assist Clients in reaching their employment goals.

You will have the opportunity to directly interact with clinicians about specific questions, insights, and experiences. Bring your questions to the webinar or pose them in advance during the registration process!

A detailed agenda will be sent to each participant one week in advance of the symposium.
