Disability Management: Opportunities for Employer Action

This report is for employers who want to address the issue of absenteeism in the workplace. A national survey was conducted by the Conference Board of Canada to document the experiences of employees who have taken a leave of absence, including front line managers who supervise or manage other people in the workplace. Employers can learn more about different measures that can be implemented to prevent employee absenteeism, as well as other effective disability management practices.
