Do It Yourself (DIY) Mentoring Program Toolkit

The Do It Yourself (DIY) Mentoring Program toolkit provides employers with information on how to design and implement a mentoring program for their employees and internationally trained professionals to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace. This toolkit guides employers through 3 phases of mentoring program development and implementation, from setting goals and objectives to evaluating the program. Templates, sample forms, and surveys for mentees and mentors are included in the appendices.
